FiSSH

This app sends your SSH key to your PC over LAN when you scan your fingerprint. It works on Linux and Windows (via WSL), is open-source (MIT license), and keeps your keys secure with TLS. Your private keys are never accessed by the app. Check the links for desktop and Android versions.
