Install this package, then pick a Lithuanian layout in Android's input settings for your hardware keyboard. It includes two options: Lithuanian (numeric) and Lithuanian (IBM LST 1205-92). Works on Android 4.1 and 4.2 with both USB and Bluetooth keyboards.
